RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS: Renter does hereby release and forever discharge ACTIVE BIKE, its agents, servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators, and personal representatives from all actions, suits, damages, claims, and demands arising from the use, misuse, or abuse of the bicycle.
INDEMNIFICATION: Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ACTIVE BIKE against all suits, actions, claims, demands, or damages arising from Renter's use of the bicycle.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Renter acknowledges that cycling includes inherent dangers including bodily injury and/or death. Renter assumes all risks.
ACCEPTABLE USE: Renter will be the sole operator, use the bicycle safely, and only on the cycling track.
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: No passengers permitted unless expressly permitted by ACTIVE BIKE in writing. No use outside the cycling track.
UNSAFE USE: ACTIVE BIKE may immediately terminate the rental if unsafe use is determined. Security deposit will not be refunded.
CONDITION UPON RETURN: Renter shall return the bicycle in the same condition. Renter is responsible for all damage. ALL BICYCLES MUST BE RETURNED DURING WORKING HOURS, 6 AM TO 10 PM.
LATE RETURN: If returned more than 10 minutes after scheduled Time Back, Renter shall PAY FOR THE TIME USED.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Renter has read and understands all terms, conditions, and rules set forth above, and agrees to all terms without reservation.
